Worm and Caterpillar Control
The vast majority of worms and caterpillars are beneficial and even some of those that are eating you garden will
grow up to be a beautiful butterfly, so be sure of the identification of the critter before you kill it.
If the infestation is small I recommend manual removal of the critter from your plants. Just pluck it off and
step on it. If the infestation is larger then I recommend the use of B.T. (Bacillus Thuringiensis) the liquid
form I found works the best but it is available in a powder form called DiPel Dust. Follow the label direction
when applying either of these. A word of caution though B.T. will kill all worms and all caterpillars so use it
only where needed and not as a broadcast spray.
